Buying the latest and greatest bike right off the showroom floor is great for those of us with disposable income or great credit, but some of us just need some solid wheels to get around on.
There's lots of ways to beg, borrow, steal or otherwise get for cheap a good used bike. Many of us have heard of the wholesale auction, a dealer-only affair where dealers buy late-model bank repos at rock-bottom prices so they can fleece customers and make their boat payments.
