Or "How to use statistics without context". I would be surprised if it did not give ideas to some of the most innovative US lawmakers. For all the grief some of us give to HD, at least their presence here will ensure that some elected officials will think twice before endorsing something like that.
Of course, they can always have the insurance racket do their dirty work for them.
