Most horrendous service facility ever. I witnessed a service adviser acting very unprofessional today yelling and cussing at an individual that appeared to be an insurance inspector. I will take my business somewhere else and let everyone I know not to deal with this facility especially after reading ... all the other bad reviews.

The maintenance department at Willy world has horrendous customer service, and also charged me for service which was never performed.
I took my dirt bike to Willy world in mid April, because it was running poorly (hard starting and loss of power). I asked Clark (the service manager) if he ... thought it could be a dirty carburetor and he said it's possible. He told me it would take 5 days to get it done. The first time I finally got a call from Willy world was 17 days later, and that was only after I wrote an email the day before asking why it's taking so long and why I hadn't received any updates.
In the call l, Clark explained that the bike needed more work than just a carb cleaning. I asked how much would it cost and how long it would take. Clark told me Willy world really didn't have time during the summer and I should have it done in winter.
I went to pick up my bike Clark said I owe $230 for cleaning the carb. I thought that was strange, because he had never mentioned the work was ever done until then. So I paid the money and I ended up taking my bike to a different place which said they could do the work.
I stopped in at the shop of the new place after they had my engine apart. The owner of the shop said to me that the carburetor was filthy and needed a good cleaning. After I told him it was just cleaned two months ago, he said there's no way it could have been cleaned and have it in the condition it was in. He showed me the parts and explained to me that it would take years for that to happen.
I called Willy world and spoke with a manager by the name of Connie. I explained to her the situation and asked if I could get a refund, because I didn't believe the work was ever done. After speaking to Clark, she assured my that the carb was cleaned and the build up happened in the two months since it was done and I couldn't have a refund. She must have sensed I was unhappy, so she told me the owner of Willy world was on vacation for the week, but when he got back she would have him call me on Monday.
It's Wednesday and I have still heard nothing.
This is a horrible way to run a business and I would recommend to stay far away from this place.

Couldn't have gone worse! Called them when we were getting financing, by the time we got there, they sold the bike out from underneath us. With their permission, we had the check from our lender written to them. It was a personal loan, not a loan against the motorcycle. Even though it was their ... fault, they wouldn't release the money to us, even though our bank said they could. By not signing the check, they were trying to force us into buying a different motorcycle. Because of this, it will be at least 4 days until we can buy a different motorcycle.

Dont even waste your time with these guys. They will not negotiate on the price. Every price you see online or in the store, you can automatically add $2000 to it! their setup and freight fees out absolutely sky high. I went in to buy a yamaha yz250, and 8800 was the out the door price, he neotiated ... only 300 off after a half hour of sitting wasting my time. I went to richs yamaha, and got a price of 7590 the minute i walked in. 1000 difference, unreal. Willy world will never see my shoes on their floor again. What a joke that place is. If youre into wasting money and time then willy world is for you!

I went in to buy my first bike. I knew what I wanted, but I was stuck between two bikes. I told Mitch the sales associate I was definitely buying one of the bikes. It was closing time so he took my information and said he would run my credit in the morning and call me. I never heard from him. Long ... story short they over priced the bike I was interested in and they have very poor customer service. I ended up buying the same bike at a better price at another store.

I purchased my 2011 Honda PCX brand new from this dealership. The sales guy Ramie (SP) was very comfortable to talk to and friendly. As I am a novice at motorcycle ownership. The finance department is a one man operation but for this size location it works out great. They are helpful. The showroom ... is packed with bikes.
This is the downside I would say for being a small dealership. The space around the bike does not allow you to walk around and get a good view, you have to roll the bike out just to sit on it.
As for Pricing and Value they are asking high. Talk them down and it becomes a good deal. MSRP for Honda bikes are always pretty high anyways.
Service center ~ I cannot speak for this. I never take my scooter to be serviced by anyone but myself. The internet has step by step instructions on how to do anything and everything. Oil changes, valve adjustments, wheel replacements, brakes....
Overall I would give them 4/5 stars. If they would improve their asking price it would be 5/5.

These guys are terrible.Im new at motorcycling and just purchased a 2008 honda rebel and wanted to change the oil.I went in to purchase the oil not knowing how much I needed. The first guy said I needed 4 quarts so he asked the counter guy and he said 3 quarts.I weny home and changed the oil and probably ... put 400 miles on my bike with twice the amount of oil in it,Today it started to stumble at half throttle because there was so much oil in it yhat it fill the carb and fuel filter with oil.I have had to work for 4 hours to clean this mess up and get my bike running right again.I should have checked youtube instead of my local Honda dealer. The bike takes 1.6 quarts to fill it. For sombody thats been in business as long as them, they are under qualified to change a flat tire on my lawn mower.
