Awful. I spent $18K on a UTV and have had nothing put problems. Major mechanical problem with less than 10 hours, so I took it in for repair. They told me it was good to go, and this time I got less than a half a mile from home. I was told by Polaris to take my UTV to another dealer for warranty ... service after Sonoma Cyles failed to identify the problem and sent me home with a defective vehicle. I asked Jason, the owner, for some type of resolution, and he won't even respond. I let a week pass before posting this review, and no response to my emails. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. You will truly be on your own if you have problems. By comparison, the dealer in Reno has been very helpful.
