I had a fuel issue with my atv. I bought it in and was treated well the first day. Well, 14 days went by and no update so I called in. I was told it would be around $200 to get the issue fixed. I thought I better get that in writing so I went in the next day. I was given a form that said $295 plus parts. I was treated like I made the whole thing up. In the end Chad the owner honored the price of $200 but, the service manager fought with him about it in front of me. The next day came and I decided to take it somewhere less rude so I went to pick it up. Nobody came out so I loaded my unsecured atv up by myself. I could have just left but, I went in to let them know I had it. I was handed a bill of $25 which was to cover the work done. NOTHING was done to my unit. It was all guess work up until now. I paid the dumb bill because Chad wasn't there. I was dealing with the same RUDE service manager again. Pretty sad when coworkers think he is rude also. Anyway, I called Chad today and he gave me the run around which I was expecting. In there haste to get rid of me they put the battery in backward so when I tried to charge it I blew a couple fuses. That is being blamed on me to cause I loaded it myself on my trailer. Whatever!! PAW PAW CYCLE will never see my business and I will make it a point to tell as many people as I can. SERVICE MANAGER needs to learn some people skills.
