I ordered a shirt on their website and 12 days later when it had yet to arrive I called the store. They were clueless and rude. I spoke with 6 different people and two managers, each one ruder than the last. One of them told me I must have ordered it from somewhere else even though I had the invoice ... with all of their information and phone number. Another person said the invoice number didn't match they even used. Finally they found it and said it hadn't been shipped but could get it in the mail today. After asking for a refund of the shipping charges I paid of $8, the parts guy refused and refused to let me speak with a manager. I had to demand to speak with a manager and he refused to offer any compensation for them losing my order. He said he could either ship the item or refund my order costs. When I spoke to another manager she then claimed that the shirt was not only in stock but also was not being made anymore! All of these different stories within 25 min! They are completely incompetent and rude and will never do any business with them!
