I hate to do this, as a biker I try to support our dealerships. But I need to relate my experience.
1) I have a 2014 GTLE I was looking to trade on a '19 BMW GA they had on their website for a certain price. When they came back with a quote-they added "dealer prep" charge of $295 ... (I expect on a new bike, not used) AND an additional $501 in "documentation" charges. So $796 more than advertised. OK, we agreed on a price. I let the dealer know I was 3 hours away. They indicated they needed the day to do service and clean. OK no problem. I told the sales person I would be leaving early the next morning to beat the heat (94* day) and rolled in around 10:15.
2) When I got there, I was informed that the reverse didn't work on the bike. A not-uncommon failure on the K1600. They found out THE DAY BEFORE-but neither the salesman or anyone else at the dealership bothered to call or email me-knowing it was a 3 hour ride each way-on a miserably hot day.
3) Even thought the bike was defective, they refused to make repairs, claiming the reverse actuator was a $1400 part (I have read $1200 on the forums, but this isn't unbelievable-for retail prices, not the dealership cost). They refused to come down on the price-in spite of already being in the high side of "KBB" numbers for a bike of this year.
So in summary. Deceptive advertising. Crap customer service. Unwilling to stand behind their product. I can't say if this is typical of this dealership, but my advice is to stay away.

Best Indian dealership anywhere! Mark A. Moses the owner/manager is a 3rd generation Indian dealership owner. He has vast knowledge about everything Indian. Great to deal with. Purchased my 2016 Indian Chieftain from Mark. He also specializes in doing custom Indian motorcycles every year. Mine ... is number 4 of 5 in 2016. The dealership is pretty much like a museum inside. Great service department. Some Indian owners out of state have their bikes shipped to Indian of Charlotte to have their bikes serviced.
