Bought lots of equipement over the lst 20 years. Always had good service. Never had major issues. Son bought one used car. Minor issue with airconditioning that they fixed the next day. No cost to my son. They don't sell new snowmobiles no more, but we got two there in 2007 and got good deals, good ... service. They came out to my place once when I had tractor trouble. Took two trips, but they got it fixed. Reasonable.

We've dealt with these folks many, many times since our first tractor purchase in 1999. We have had good experiences and have had service work done on the tractor, bought a four-wheeler from them, and have never had any problems. We shopped around a lot, and found Middendorfs to be fair in price ... and service. Since then we've ordered parts, had our cars inspected there, and even rented a post hole digger for a weekend. We would recommend them to anyone.

This business is full of scams, they will sell you a knock off machine that has been sitting for long time and not properly assembled. They may tell you there is a warranty on their equipment but if you try to get something fixed they will charge you an insane labor fee after telling you the company ... is out of business and there is no customer service what so ever. It took 3 weeks until i got my machine back for a basic tune up after they charged me 468 dollars in labor for changing the oil and spark plugs. The same parts i could have ordered myself they charged me almost double of what i would have paid. They are a fly by night business that is untrustworthy and they will try to get you to spend every dollar you have and do the work you didnt ask for . Simply they buy discontinued brands of atv's and tractors and sell them with a story about being a new brand, once you buy a model you find out that you can't get parts for it and it is defective as soon as you put and hours worth of ride time. All potential customers beware, THIS BUSINESS IS SCAM ARTISTS. My brother bought a truck from them, after purchasing it and trying to get inspected he was told they cleared the check engine light to sell it, then told my brother they could fix and inspect it, and over a thousand dollars later they charged him a ton of money to be able to inspect a truck he bought from them and was stuck with unable to get it inspected until he replaced a bunch of parts, so they claimed. *** They buy cars from the auction with check engine light on for cheap, reset the computer so it goes off, sell it to a customer and then charge a bunch of labor and parts fee's to fix it so they can sucker someone into buying a vehicle that has problems so they can make money off selling it and fixing the problem after you have no choice unless you dont intend on getting it inspected.
