I brought my KFX 90 here for service and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were honest and communicated professionally. I recommend theses guys any day for sales service.

This is an update to my previous review.
I still think i little more communication would be good, but i see his point that he doesn't want to bother customers with shop problems.
The reason of my delay was just that. Shop tool problems at the time n we all know u can't control those ... sort of thing..
I myself had a lot of household problems the same week, so i was in quite a bad mood.
So the bad review, and i apologize for that, but we are human.
Everything was explained today when i picked the bike up.
So i am rectifying the review.
I feel the shop does quality work, and does it in the best time they can.
I have to actually use my bike some spring threw late fall to do everything needed.
So when i'm without it for a longer period of time then planned it really screws my scheduling up.
Just like the shop having tools break down.
Anyway.i'll continue using them if they'll have me back....

Working with the Mike at JEM Motorsports is super easy, whenever I have an issue Mike always can take care of it. He is by far the best Dealer to work with, because he tells you what you need for your machine and what best fits your needs as a rider. He is also very consistent about notifying his ... me when my parts are in and my bike is ready. Needless to say JEM Motorsports sets a high bar for the other local dealers.

It seems his communication skills are very poor. My bike has been there now going on 2 weeks, and was spose to only be a few day job. Just some maintenance. I would steer claer of this dealer seeing he is the owner and mechanic, and seems to be very over burdened with jobs. Very poor scheduling. ... I will find another dealer/ mechanic to continue having any work done. Looking like i will have to haul my bike to New Hampshire to have work done on time.
Just a warning....stay clear of JEM Motorsports

Micheal Colley, the owner is the best store owner I've ever worked with. He's always at the store, and he will always help you out as much as he can. I bring all my business to him simply because of how he treats me, and all his other customers. He doesn't mind people stopping in to ask questions, ... and he'll always help you find the best answer for your problem that he can. He doesn't recommend something that's gonna make him more money, he recommends something that will last, and is exactly what the customer is looking for.
