My grandson and I went to this dealer, to purchase his first motorcycle.. a 2008 Suzuki M50 ..it was a used bike...but after he signed all the papers needed..it's like they turned off the switch..would not help him with any information about the bike..would not help him get an owners manual ( without paying for it ) and the wosrt thing after we got it home and really looked at it ( a week later ) found out that it has been wrecked.. sure we seen a couple small scratches.. but after I rode it for the first time..I couls tell that the handelbars ere not alined as they should be and that there was a lot more damage over all.. Yes your right we should have checked it out better.. but my grandson bought this on his own, andboth of us would have thought that a "good" dealer would have showed him, or at least told him about a few of the things that were wrong with it.. we will never go back to this so called dealer again.

I bought my new 2010 Triumph Bonneville at this dealer in 2011. I got a good deal on my trade-in and the price of the bike (since it was last year's model). Triumph makes an owner have the bike serviced at an authorized dealer in order to maintain the warranty. The service department is pretty much a nightmare. For instance, I recently called to make an appointment for my 2-year annual maintenance. I was told that the maintenance would be about $240.00 (which is close to how much it was for the break-in maintenance and the one-year maintenance). However, when I showed up, the price suddenly jumped to about $600.00. This is only one example of the general lack of knowledge of the service department. The parts department has a very hard time actually finding Triumph parts on their terminals. For example, the Triumph web site shows two different windshields available for my year & model bike but parts could not find either one to be able to give me a price. They also stock almost no Triumph parts and they seldom have more than one or two items of Triumph clothing (usually in a size that would fit no one).
