I bought my Kawasaki Vulcan 900 from these folks, and the transaction was quite warm and friendly throughout. The service dept. made sure the bike was ready to go, and properly adjusted (windshield, etc.) for my stature. Judging from the fact that I have had no problems of any kind with my scoot after 7000 mi., the "dealer prep" was excellent. I have visited the parts dept. for accessories, and found the staff to be friendly and experienced, and the stock adequate for my needs. Custom Performance enjoys a good reputation among the bikers in this area.
