What a great company!! I have purchased numerous bikes from them over the last 11 years. They are honest and really go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied, both before and after the sale. Their customer service in all areas (Sales, Service and Parts) is outstanding and on top ... of that their prices are very reasonable. It's hard to find a place with great prices and great service. I bought a KTM 625 Supermoto there, when i bought the bike they were more than helpful...when i got home and rode the Moto it had a huge flatspot on take off, for example if you gave it alot of throttle it would just bog down and cut off. The same day i'm riding on the interstate in rush hour traffic ... and i give it some gas to keep up with traffic and the throttle does nothing but leave me slowing down while i'm about to get killed by semi trucks, a call to a friend to come pick me up off the side of the interstate later and i'm home. So i took the slide out of the carb to adjust the needle and noticed they had rigged the throttle stop by grinding it down (to allow full throttle, it comes detuned for some reason. They should have left it stock or spent $60.00 for the kit), but instead they just ground it down and it was a crappy job at that. So then i go to register it and they didnt give me the right paper work, and it was for the wrong bike too, did i mention that i was out of state...well it took me months of calling them and nothing...I told them i was going to have to take them to court and they basically said bring it on, we have more money than you....i finally just had to sell the damn bike to a guy in florida (i disclosed all the details to him, and i lossed my ass on the bike, but i just wanted it out of my life), I would not buy a damn sticker from them...They are liers and thieves and don't care about the customer after the sale.......This was the 6 brand new bike i bought (at other bike shops) and i used to work at a bike shop, and i have never been treated like this. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!
