I recently purchased 2 atvs from this bluff honda dealer. The first atv was fine since I took it house the day I purchased them. The second atv I left in there care as both atvs would not fit in my truck. Two days later I drove 106 miles to pick up the brand new Kawasaki brute force that was Unblemished 2 days before. The sales person loaded it in the back of my truck and mentioned how nice it rode. I got it home all 106 miles without an incident, to discover that there was a small dent on the front bumper and 19.1 miles on the bike. I emailed Bluff Honda within the next hour and they quickly tried to get back with me by phone the next day but I was unavailable. I emailed the sales person asking since I lived 106 miles away if the could send me a new bumper? I think that is a reasonable request since my old Dodge pickup get 12 miles to the gallon. It cost me $50-$60 to drive to Poplar Bluff and back home, plus 4 hours of my life. Bluff Honda emailed me back and said that I would have to bring the bike back down so they could examine it. In my original email I attached a photo of the damage, so I'm thinking they want me to spend $60 in gas and 4 hours of my life to screw me out of a $120 part. The sales manager called me a few days later restating that I had to bring the atv down for them to look at. After, a long discussion he finally stated that he thought that I damaged it and he wasn't fixing anything. He didn't even know that the bike was in their possession for 2 days after I purchased it. This sales manager is very poor, costing the business $1000s of future dollars and to make a customer even more unsatisfied by calling me a cheat and refusing me my unblemished atv that I purchased.

Their knowledge was great and their price was good too but when it came to the pit pass they offered, well lets just say it is nothing close to what they say it is. You pay several hundred dollars for something that is supposed to put you ahead of everyone else but it does not. You have to call several days ahead to get it in. Not satisfied at all. They also did not get our oil filter on correctly and the next morning we had oil on our floor underneath the ranger. Had we had it parked outside we would not have noticed. Very dissatisfied with this. When I called to talk to the service department I got no where so I then called to talk to the manager and guess what he said just a moment and transferred my call right back to the service department. When I call the manager I want to talk to the manager.
