Bentley's Yamaha Suzuki Polaris KTM Husqvarna

Good and bad experience with this dealer. Went there to look at a new 2012 Suzuki c50t classic but the motorcycle did not fit me comfortably. The salesman Don was helpful in recommending different motorcycles. None of the new ones fit me comfortable. Don remembered a used 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 ... Lt that he had in the back. He checked and it was still available. It fit me perfectly. We worked out a deal and I agreed to purchase the motorcycle. It needed cleaned and inspected. I was going to pick it up the following weekend so they would have time to clean and inspect motorcycle. Went back to pick up motorcycle and it was cleaned where you could see. Places like under the seat was still filthy and the saddle bags had some dirt in them also. The motorcycle had a new inspection sticker on it but I later found out it was just put on with out an actual inspection. After 100 miles had rear tire replaced at another dealer closer to home as it was worn down. Why changing tire mechanic found that motorcycle needed rear brakes. They were wore down to 1/32 well below inspection level. I know I agreed to buy the motorcycle as is but I thought at least they would have performed and actual inspection and not just replace the sticker. Safety is an issue here. They claimed to have changed oil also but it doesn't look like it was done either so I am going to change it so I know that it was actually changed. I would recommend them for a new bike but I would not trust them for a used unit unless you take motorcycle to another dealer to check out. I would not purchased another motorcycle from this establishment.

I wanted to purchase a new ATV and I found Bentley's on the internet as a Polaris dealer. Even though they were 140 miles from my home, they were still $1200 dollars less than the other two Polaris dealers within 25 miles from home. I asked the local dealers to try to match the price of Bentley's ... and they both said that they couldn't even come close. I called Bentley's on the phone and told them to prep one and have it ready for me and that I would be there to pick it up that Friday evening. When I got there, the staff was very polite and knowledgable about every machine in their showroom. They had all the paperwork completed and my polaris was ready to load onto my trailer. The showroom was exceptionally clean and it was huge with a very large inventory of most brands of ATV's. I highly recommend Bentley's to anyone looking to purchase an ATV. They will have my business for years to come.

Bought a used 2007 YZ 125 from Bentleys in Murrysville.

Took it home and it had an oil leak. They claimed they didnt know about it. Regardless, they took the engine in and replaced the shift shaft and countershaft seals, free of charge. THANK YOU! I give them 5 stars for their willingness ... to work with me on the price of the bike, and for the repairs, but Id only give them 2 stars for being thorough enough to check the used products they re selling.Id go back there to buy parts and a NEW bike.
