I have been a customer for about 4 years and it takes a lot for me to write a bad review! I have ordered several things from Action Powersports and each time they give me the wrong part. This time it was the straw that broke the camels back. A month ago I ordered a pivot pin for my snow plow, and the sales person said I would have next week. I started to drive down and get it when I thought I should call to check to see if it was in, I was told it would be another week and it has been a month and no part. I have already paid and have been told it is on back order!

Now the owner is one of the nicest person around and goes out of his way to nice, but this is no way to run a business. I drive a great distance because the owner is a great guy and because the dealer in Springfield doesn't want to deal with you if you did not buy the atv from him. Oh and by the way the plow I purchased from Action Power Sport was for a Ranger Not a sportsman 500 and they attached it to my sportsman and I told them they said oh that is ok.

I have asked for my money back and I am waiting for that too!

I can’t speak to all of the issues that Mr. Judd is talking about because I don't know what they are but I can talk to this issue. Mr. Judd called on 2/28 to order a part for his plow. We told him we usually have parts from that manufacturer in about a week if it is in stock. The order came in on 3/10 and the item was on backorder. We called Mr. Judd and told him the item was on backorder until 3/21/14 per the manufacturer. Mr. Judd called in after 3/21 to check on the part but it was still on backorder and the manufacturer now said there was "no eta" on when they would receive the part. We told him we would notify him when we knew more. Mr. Judd called back on 4/7 and we told him it was still not available because it was on backorder. The manufacturer now gave us a date of 4/1/14 of when it would be back in stock. Mr. Judd was upset, understandably so and he asked for a refund. We told him "no problem" but he wanted to talk to the owner first. On 4/8/14 the part came in and we called the customer to notify him it was here. We cannot control our manufacturer stock levels and when they get their parts. I can understand his being upset but we did all we could.

As for the mount for the plow not being the right part, that is correct. The purchaser didn't want to wait on the correct part to come in so we had a similar plow frame that we could make work and installed it (at a greatly discounted price), which the customer knew this at the time of installation which was 11/18/2012. The plow frame is the same as the one required for his ATV, the only difference is the one we installed was a little heavier duty because it was used for a UTV.
