Bike was prepped for long term storage in 2008 when owner took an assignment in Uruguay. Meticulous effort put forth to preserve quality of unit. Oil drained, fuel lines disconnected, etc. Due to covid owner passed away in 2021. Bottom line is that bike has been retrieved from storage (air conditioned facility in Poway, CA) and is at a private residence in Palm Springs, CA. now. No attempt has been made to restart from stored condition. The seat was changed to safely accommodate the Mrs.
