Great Around Town or A Long Stretch of Interstate
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 14, 2015I have always had a cruiser. Prior to the 2014 Valkyrie I rode a Honda Fury (fun bike). I pined for a cruiser that could handle the interstate along with city streets. For me the Valkyrie is the perfect multipurpose bike. I love the acceleration from stop light to stop light. On the Interstate, the ... Valkyrie rides smooth without any shaking or stress. In fact, you cannot tell if you are riding at 70 mph or 95 mph and I am serious. You need to watch the speedometer because you feel no difference between 70 and 100 mph--I never went higher but I think it would not be any different. Thus, where I live, the speed limit for the Interstate is 80 mph. I try to keep it at 85 mph for the trip. After a 500 mile day, I actually feel disappointed that the ride is over. My one complaint is the lack of aftermarket parts, particularly pipes. It sounds the same as the other Goldwing baggers, soft and quiet. But, I have the cruiser, not the bagger, so I want to hear some noise when I pull on the throttle so it sounds as fast as it rides. I will get the pipes, eventually, but I can be patient with this bike.

Much better than I thought
By (I am an Owner) on May 26, 2015I wanted an F6B originally but also considered the Victory Judge. I test drove the Valkyrie and it was lust a first sight. This bike pulls harder than any other bike I have ever ridden. The power just keeps on giving. Handles great and stops on a dime. I just have to keep reminding myself to watch ... the throttle as the Acceleration can get out of control quickly.

amaizing cruiser.
By (I am an Owner) on May 12, 2015I've owned so many bikes since 1988.
Cruiser, super sport, touring, street, from 450cc to 1900cc. V-twin, in line 4, v-4 , you name it.
So far this Valk can do most of it.
Enogh ppower and great handling to race with sport bike. Comfortable for riding 5hr straight. About every ... 190 miles stop by gas station(wish it has bigger tank so I can keep riding). When I had v-twin, after couple of hours of riding, my hands and whole body get kind of num and hard to get off from seat cuz of engine vibration. But this flat6 wow~~~ unbelievable. I guess I can finally enjoy riding long distant or short without any worry.

Valkrazy
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 26, 2014I've owned 10-12 different cruisers over my lifetime. Prior to the 2014 Valkyrie, the 80's VMAX was my easy favorite. The Valkyrie edges the old VMAX in every category except for pure tire shredding capability. (The Valk shreds, just not as effortlessly as the VMAX.) Comfort, especially when ... riding 2-up would be the biggetst difference between those models. I'm about 3,000 miles in, and the new has not wore off this bike. I suspect I'll be riding it for quite awhile.

2014 Goldwing Valkyrie
By (I am an Owner) on May 14, 2014I have had my new 2014 Valkyrie for 1 month and the handling if fantastic.
The lean angle is much better than my last two Valkyrie's and the 1832 engine is a great improvement over the 1500. Like everyone I would have like to have seen a six speed trans, but with the 1832 you have plenty of ... top end. Can't wait to see what comes out for aftermarket accessories.
