The End is Near!

To hear the apocalyptic ranting coming from some of our message boards, jack-booted government thugs are boarding their black helicopters as you read this, preparing for their predawn motorcycle-confiscation raids. After all, fatality rates are up, horsepower-to-weight ratios soar ever higher, and it seems like every day you see something on the news about a crazed kid destroying himself -- and worse yet, a nice new motorcycle -- in a fiery wreck.

What to do? How do we keep the humorless bureaucrats from pandering to hysterical soccer moms and restricting our rights? Some of us say the only sensible thing is to restrict the choices newer, less-skilled riders have by enacting a tiered licensing structure like they do in Europe and Japan and...well, almost every country except here.

Is it a good idea? We don't all think so! Read Maximum MOron Gabe Ets-Hokin's opinion and then intellectually tear him apart (Gabe asks to not do this literally, please) in our ultimate fighting forum death match!
