Untrained Riders account for overwhelming majority of fatalities.

It is the time of year when statisticians earn their keep. New Hampshire's state-wide newspaper "The Union Leader" states that motorcycle registrations are up and fatalities rose 222 percent in 2004. Of the 29 deaths, only 1 had completed the MSF class inexpensively offered in the state. The one graduate fatality hit a deer which could arguably have been unavoidable. Read the Story Here
