New headlights, paint for 675cc roadster

Triumph unveiled an updated 2012 Street Triple, revealing angled headlights from the Speed Triple and a flashy new purple color.

French website Moto.Cardesiac revealed the first official photographs of the 2012 Triumph Street Triple as the British manufacturer presented the updated motorcycle in Paris.

Like its larger sibling, the Speed Triple, the Street Triple gets new angled dual headlights replacing the old round lights. The Street Triple also has less chrome than the previous model, as well as an updated instrument panel. The base Street Triple also gets the R version’s aluminum bars.
