3735 miles, purchased new in 08/21, all stock take offs included (as well as some extra mirrors, hardware, gaskets), title in hand, over $8000 in parts from rottweiler performance alone (not including hand guards, turn signals, oem powerparts, graphics kit etc.), basically everything that can be done to this bike without modifying the engine is done. 2 keys, all original accessories, folder, receipts from purchases, service records etc.
Oil was changed last in late fall, maybe 200 miles ago or so, could be less; brake/clutch could use new fluid (motul rbf 660has gone amber at this point, although it still feels fine).
Imperfections:
Little scratches on the left handguard and rear left axle slider as well as the orange slipon spacer from one time when somebody must've bumped the bike in a parking lot, only real damage was a bent side stand that got replaced with warp9.
Some fasteners were overtightened during the break in oil change due to a faulty torque wrench (better be careful with the oil filter cover bolts), so there was a little bit of an oil leak, threads were repaired during the last oil change at Motostation.
A bolt broke off in a nut on a header clamp, so now there is a different nut that isn't welded to the clamp (wrong part arrived when I ordered a replacement, doesn't really matter, it's just a little more effort to loosen since you have to hold the nut that isn't welded to the clamp/bracket anymore)
Rear tire had a puncture near center early in its life, repaired at Motostation, no issues since
Modifications list:
Stiffer springs to suit a rider around 220lbs (fitted at Motostation, preload set at the same time)
Oberon billet clutch slave cylinder (stock one is a common failure point)
Factory pro shift kit with ceramic bearing (helps with shifting feel and aids in avoiding false neutrals; there is an extra gasket from that install since I didn't need to replace it)

Power commander V with autotune and map switch (in case you want to be able to switch between two separate maps like economy and full power if you don't want to use autotune)
