2009 Yamaha FZ 6 R

I was thinking of getting other bikes boy am I glad I didnt. This bike is great in every catagory. couldent see myself riding anything else.

Hey im a motorcycle newbie but family in india tht hav motorcycles can fit two and sometimes more pple on one...can u fit at least two pple on this one?

I choose this bike to gift my husband as YEMAHA is the Greatest bike Company which we can belive. after 1 week of perchace it got oil leakage problem. it went for a service but still its having oil leakage problem and engine is burning and getting fluieds out of it..

It was ... not only wasted my 80K bledy buks but also effected on Emotional feelings as it is a gift given by a wife to his husband. I did not expected this from Yemaha.

Was not really sure if I did the right thing trading in my 2005 Harley sportster 1200 custom with alot of chrome and loud pipes. I am very happy because it is smooth and fast. I only wish they had more after market parts for it. I did get the tank pad and tank bag. Cant wait to put a nice after market ... pipe, and touring bags that velcro on and off for longs trips. Just got back from Lake George New York. What a nice ride!

Ergonomics and Looks are this bikes strengths. It's engine is not tuned for max HP at bizzare RPM's but rather usable low and midrange torque. It is not 'just a detuned FZ6'.

Longer rides are comfortable and the seat is adjustable in height as are the handlebars fore and aft!

43mpg but I am getting about 40 with harder riding. Nice balance and turn in with progressive front brakes. The switchgear is silky smooth and positive and the looks are killer. Wrists, back, butt or knees not sore after riding.

Very smooth ride. Bikes handles as good as it looks. Very quiet and stealthy....less tickets same speed!

The bike is as nice handling as it is looking. Very easy to ride bike for all enviroments.

Nice looking bike, good price, got the sporty look, and you can go on long rides without your back locking up!
