By (I am an Owner)Read MoreI purchased a new silver 2011 Yamaha silver 1300 FJR 5 Speed manual tranny from a great dealer in Northern California for my 65th birthday. Its my 151 bike in 51 years of biking. What a great bike, not perfect but close. One flaw, it does wine like a spoiled women otherwise near perfect. Power enough ... to push a 1,000 foot cruise ship. The best ajustable wind screen in all the bike world. My life would be in pain with out this bike. I use it to hight speed down the Calfornia Coast on blue sky days and feel like the speed GOD Murcury.
My other bike is a 2009 Suzuki Burgman with auto tranny around San Francisco with top speed at 130 MPH and 0-60 in 3.9 its not bad but not a FJR one of the best built bikes in the history of the bike worls
