  • Fabulous 60's
By  (I am an Owner) on Sep 16, 2008

They are back and better than ever. Having owned a "real" cafe, that restricted my activites to 50 miles burns around the local neighborhood pubs, this 2006 version from Triumph gives the confidence and reliability to go cross country. So I did...

Packed it up with a sleeping roll ...

The bike performed flawlessly; never a hiccup. While the touring range is fairly limited by it's 3.8 gallon tank (it is truly a cafe racer afterall) the 125-140 miles betweeen stops provided just enough saddle time to put good miles between me and home, but also preventing too much wrist and back aches.

I can honsestly say after just over 3500 miles in 4 days, that we can now trust English twin reliability just as much as we love the English twin bike aura.
