Great Beginner Bike
By (I am an Owner) on Dec 18, 2010Both of my sons learned how to ride on the Suzuki JR50. It is an automatic so no clutch to worry about. A nice feature is that you can install training wheels on the bike. I had my kids start riding at age 4. the bike has a throttle stop screw to control how far the throttle can be twisted. this ... was instrumental in helping them to learn how to control the bike. The bike alos comes with the ability to raise the seat height with some spacers on the top of the forks and repositioning the rear shocks and it only takes 10 minutes. this feature is nice as we all know kids grow quickly. The reliability is the best. Nothing broke and it always started on 2 kicks. The motor has good power for a beginner and the styling is "very Cool" as my two sons put it. You can't go wrong when you purchase a Suzuki JR 50!
A great bike. I even fly around the yard on it now that my kids have grown out of it LOL :)
