This bike does it all.
By (I am an Owner) on May 30, 2011I have owned everything from cruisers, sportsbikes, tourers etc.
The Bandit is the best bike I have owned. It will fly through the mountain roads, cruise all day in comfort, and has all the power and torque you could ever want. The most comfortable bike too. And best of all is the price!!!

Serious bike for those with nothing left to prove.
By (I am an Owner) on May 16, 2011Now 61;I've been riding since 16. Had a Hardly as a kid. Owned two Kawi Mach I., road Halifax to Vancouver solo on my Goldwing, owned an FZ1, a couple of Nighthawks, even a Jawa. Owned Porches, a Maserati Biturbo, an Rx7 bi-turbo and an Audi coupe. IMHO, the Bandit 1250 ABS is THE Bike for the Cognoscenti, ... Che! Eh. Venceremos, always.

Smooth as silk with the roar of a lion....
By (I am an Enthusiast) on Apr 26, 2011Got my '09 Bandit with 1 mile Saturday morning and drove it from WV in the rain back to Lanham Md. Dispite the heavy rain and heavier wind it handled like a grown up bike should. It pulls well from 6th gear and will flash from 50 to 90 in an instant. As a current Kawasaki Mean Streak 1500 owner, ... I can assure u the ride is more confortable then my crusier. The abs are never intrusive and it handles like a panther. The dash is easy to read and practical. In 3 words: I love it!

By (I am an Owner) on May 03, 2010My 1998 1200 Bandit was a great ride. I always said there were a few changes it needed. One was to fuel inject the engine and the other was a sixth gear. My 2009 Bandit 1250s is that, and much, much more. What an awesome bike. Ride on Suzuki!

great all around
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 25, 2010The Bandit is easy to ride and very smooth. The engine is nice and quiet for long trips and it handles well on the highway and in the city. The fairing and windscreen are good at keeping the wind and cold off the rider. The engine has tons of torque and pulls smoothly with a small twist of the throttle. ... Long rides on the highway are smooth and comfortable, but the bike also handles extremely well and is lots of fun on backroads and twisties!
