More than you know
By (I am an Owner) on May 28, 2020I've had this bike since I bought it new. I've never had any issues needing to service it. It will launch you from the intersection when the light changes, if you're not careful. There are plenty of after market parts and even some people started their own accessories companies just to make parts ... for the M109R. You can easily make this a one of a kind. Smooth ride at high speeds. Get a set of 2" risers and an Ultimate seat and you'll never want to stop riding. Over 100hp stock and you have more power than most of the cruisers out there. On a side note: 1 of these reviews is praising the bike, but gave it 1 star instead of 5. This should have a 5 star rating.

Once you ride it you will buy it.
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 05, 2014You got to ride it to know what people are saying about the bike. All my friends ride sport bikes and now all of them are changing to the M109r.Suzuki should let people test ride this bike like Harley does there bikes and sales would be threw the roof.

Sportbike to muscle cruiser.
By (I am an Owner) on Nov 02, 2013I am one of those guys who has 2 gixxers in the garage and love riding crotch rockets. I needed a switch and the suzuki M109r seemed like the perfect match for me. I bought a 2013 109r and I love it. YES, first gear is short and it can be clunky to second gear. On the flip side, it halls ass from ... a stop light and that clunky issue to second goes away once you get use to the bike. Not for beginners. They will be discouraged at the drop of a dime. That being said, if you take just a moment and get to know the m109r, you won't be dissapointed. It's looks great and it feels awesome when you dare to put your wrist in it. The first thing you think to yourself is,,,,"A cruiser is not suppose to be this nibble and FAST". The torque is insane, the stock exhast sounds amazing, and the feeling that again, comes over you while your accelerating is second to none. This IS the cruiser,,I'm sorry, the MUSCLE cruiser for the sportbike guy and the old guy that is going through a midlife crisis. No joke. Keep in mind that I was a loyal Jedi of the GSXR 750 and 1000. I gotta admit..,,I love this M109.
