My new scooter

I recieved my new piaggio mp3 400ie today.I haven't been on a motorcycle for over 30 years. I only was able to do 25 miles so far my first day, just went to see some friends they thought it looked great.Got it up to only 65 very easily, didn't want to push it. So far it hasn't disapointed me I am gl...ad I got the 400 and not the 250. Would I tell someone to buy one, that is a yes. mp3 400 bad times

I purchased my mp3 400 5-11-2011 on 5-16-2011 I took it to the dealer to have it checked out, a few days later the service manager called to tell me what was wrong. The warning light was a loose wire the throttle tested fine on a machine.When the throttle assembly was taken apart they found part of ...a rubberband left in there from the factory.This was causing the throttle to stick or jump forward.I called them 1 week later to find out when my scooter would be ready.They couldn't get a hold of the rep. to ok the repairs, he wouldn't answer email or returns their calls.They would call me the next day, they didn't it is now 5 days later no call and no customer care.I hope this isn't their normal practice because if it is the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
