2005 Kawasaki Ninja® ZX-12R

I currently own a 2005 model that I have had for nearly 4 years I have done 15000 kms on it and besides the stator having to be replaced at 35000kms and 3 sets of tyres it is a awesome bike I did have a blue 2004 model which I sold and regretted doing so a lotof people muck around with rear tyre ... sizes but I just stick to the 200/50 on the rear I use Pirelli rosso 2s and find them brilliant both in wear and grip I can still embarrass most late model sports bikes and always get lots of compliments about the bike I am running a Yoshi slipon and apower commander 3 and braided brake lines front and rear I am only 172 cm so it is a bit of a leg throw getting on and they do feel top heavy but once you get confident in tipping into corners and powring out you will have a grin that will last forever only downside is a bigger tank would be good I can manage about 270kms out of the 20 litre tank if I baby it but if you get into them well they are pretty thirsty but that's the performance trade off with anything cheers to all and stay upright

The bike is fast, smooth and handles well around corners for a 463 lb bike. Better respect this one or she'll get you!

Lots of fun to ride. Every time I stop riding I can't wait for the next ride and she leaves a smile on my face.

Only negative is the front suspension ... is a little harsh on rough roads.

This bike is big and beautiful. Ride is more comfortable than its brothers.
