The only way to go!
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 06, 2011After my first two Goldwings,'84 & '03 I got "the Harley Bug". I traded for an '05 Classic. My wife & I rode it out west and she almost had me take her to the nearest airpot to go back home. It was uncomfortable, had trouble handling the mountains (we had to ship one of our bags home)and I broke ... down three times.
The day following our arrival back home I traded for an '08 Wing and have never been happier. I'm a Winger for life.

They just keep getting better
By (I am an Owner) on Mar 26, 2010I have a 2008 Honda Gold Wing, it is 2 years old and I have 20,100 miles on it to date. This is my 6th Gold Wing and the best one yet. Each one is better than the one before. The combination of power, smoothness, comfort, easy of handling, reliability, quietness, factory features, and dealer network ... across the country is matched by nothing else on the road. It comes with everything you need to tour and there a lot of after market accessories to add if you wish to make it stand out even more in a crowd. This bike is truley a crowd pleaser. This bike is great for doing rides around town or around the country. I have never thought twice about getting on any of my Gold Wings and heading cross country. Get one, you'll never regret it.

First Goldwing owner
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 11, 2010Bought my Wing new last spring. Now have amassed almost 7,000 miles, touring and short city driving. Have had nothing but comfortable rides all the way. Would not own anything else but my Wing. have had other bikes in past, but nothing compares.

Get on it and go
By (I am an Owner) on Dec 17, 2008Bought a new GW last April (2008) Had
Harley's for years, last being a 2002
Ultra Classic. I took the Harley on a 8 week North American Tour I had 2 major
mechanical issues that kept me at HD
dealerships for days. This Summer I took the GW from Florida to Nova Scotia, ...
and 2 trips to New England. The GW is
faster,smoother, much more comfortable,
has a greater range, easier to keep clean, and most of all, maintainence costs are much cheaper than HD scheduled
services. Storage capacity and passenger
comfort are also a plus. If you are planning a long ride(s) in the future,
this is the machine. Cops are cracking
down on loud pipes (especially at Daytona events) Not a concern here. I
give this machine an A+.Dealer options
are expensive to add on so be sure you
get the bike how you want it
