Love it!
By (I am an Enthusiast) on Oct 31, 2020Bought my used 2005 FLSTCI With 37000 kms behind it. I logged 11000 kms this season, 2020, and I just love this bike! Very versatile the way I can set it up with Lepera seat, batwing with stereo, throw the bags off, sissy bar and go buck naked, well the bike anyway. Or saddle up for some longer adventures ... with the stock seat, which I find very comfy, with the bags, windshield or fairing. Pretty much touring or convertible in minutes. Can't beat the versatility and comfort of this bike. I've owned SGs, RGs and EGs, this is by far my favourite ride.

Very reliable
By (I am an Owner) on Aug 22, 2016While this is not a fast bike, it has been very dependable. I had it Dyno tuned and saw very little improvement other than the popping on deceleration stopped. I changed all lighting to LEDS and added a driver backrest. I added locks to the saddlebags. I love the classic look. I added front and rear ... crash bars.It has always started easily. I would say that it is superior to the Indian Scout. The Heritage shifts better. Engine produces 100 horsepower after changing cams to Screaming Eagle 110.My only complaint is that it is slow (in my opinion ).

return to an old friend
By (I am an Owner) on May 16, 2009My first Harley was a brand new 1994 Heritage. I rode it with pride and joy for 10 years. Since then I've owned a 2003 Roadking and 2006 Vrod
Last week I bought a 2005 Heritage and I could not be happier. Smokey GoldBlack two tone. The larger balancd engine rides like a dream! We have the ... passenger floorboards for the Mrs. She loves the ride too.
Purchaed pre-owned and saved thousands :)
Great ride classic beauty... It just don't get any better.

First Harley
By (I am an Owner) on May 10, 2009Bought my FLSTCI just a few weeks ago and so far I'm lovin it! Poor thing sits for a couple of weeks at a time tho since I have to be away for work and can't wait to get home! Only mods I've done so far have been safety related: an LED tail-light and got the module to turn the rear turn signals into ... running/brake lights also. She doesn't need much really, it's a gorgeous blue and the stock chrome really sets it off perfectly! Looking forward to some great cruises with the g-friend in and around the Texas Hill Country and who knows where else?!

All around vesatile Harley
By (I am an Owner) on Feb 04, 2009My wife and I love our F.L.S.T.C. It is basicaly stock with very few comfort oriented mods: passenger floor boards,Tom Tom Rider second edition,widshield bags,lindby motorguard,waterbottle holder,Harley fork 11" tool bag,water bottle holder.Rush mufflers.blue tooth intercom headsets. our total wieght ... passenger and i is 320 lbs i am 5ft8in she is 5ft 6in tall I am the driver and floor boards and engine guards give me plenty of comfort and leg room. She is the passenger and wanted to move feet around on floorboards like me so i upgraded her from footpegs to floorboards. We have a stock 88 carburated engine and are content with cruising acceleration note we baby the bike and do not attempt to race cars or bikes with it...

'05 Heritage - GREAT Bike!
By (I am an Owner) on Jan 07, 2009My '05 Heritage gets admiring looks everywhere I go. Straight Black, the accessories and bolt-on's make it look great, and the performance bumps (race tuner, 203 cams, Thunderheader pipes) give it the sound and fury. A Great bike, and well worth the investment. My Lovely Bride rides one, too, ... in Black Cherry with a "Flames" theme!

Timeless Style
By (I am an Owner) on Sep 21, 2008When I walked into the Harley-Davidson dealer and saw the limited edition Heritage Softail Classic (with radical custom paint) on the showroom floor, I knew this was going to be my next bike. It was perfect!
Everywhere I ride people comment on how beautiful it is. The performance ... and reliability are equal to its appearance: spectacular! The build quality is second to none. This machine is what a motorcycle is meant to be.
