2005 Harley-Davidson Dyna Glide Wide Glide

I have my 1st wideglide and very happy with it,,thinking about getting stage 2 upgrade as I have rhinehart muffler but would like more punch..the bike rides impressively well an I love it

I purchased my 2005 Dyna Wide Glide in April 2005. I figured it would be the last bike I would ever have to buy. The bike ran great for 7,000 miles. Noticed a small vibration. Went to dealer and followed their recommendations. At 11,000 miles vibration got worse and back to the dealer I went. Followed ... their recommendations again. At 27,000 the vibration was too much for me to handle so back to the dealer again. They tore the motor apart to find the flywheels had shifted and a wore out cam. They only want $5,000 to fix the problem. What a f ing joke. Corporate says there is nothing they can do for me. This bike has been stored inside my house since new, well maintained and all fluids and adjustments made at proper intervals. Not ridden hard or abused in any way. I now have an $18,000 paper weight. Harley should stand behind their product but doesn't.

I own a 2005 Dyna Wide Glide. Smooth ridng bike with raked out forks that gives it a stylish look with an an attitude. Nice for touring the country roads and handles corners with confidence. I love my bike and would recommend to anyone.

To me the whole Dyna line of bikes look like bigger Sportsters.

great riding bike and love the styling also...ive had about 4 softail cutoms , but i really like the dyna wide glide alot better...great bike to ride a passenger on and take in the sights...very comfortable

When you watch old movies and their riding Harley Davison motorcylces. It's the Dyna Wide glide styling you see. They were not worried about how long the trip was gonna be it's all about the ride itself. Not fat tires hard bags and stereos and cup holders and engine motor mounts ... that take the engine rumble away from your hands, by the way (Chicks dig that seat shaking) The Dyna Wide Glide is the cool bad boy Harley Davidson. All ways has been. When I get into my late 60's and I'm breaking a sweat just to throw my leg over the seat to get on I might switch to what my friends ride. AHH I don't think so.
