Orange County Choppers Forms New NPO

The OCC Foundation to support qualified charities
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Aug. 24, 2010
Orange County Choppers has created a new non-profit organization to raise money for various charities.

The custom motorcycle shop, made famous by the television series American Chopper, has supported several charitable activities in the past, helping soldiers and their families as well as children with life-threatening medical conditions. The new NPO, named The OCC Foundation, Inc., will continue those efforts, with the support of various partners.

Everyone who knows me knows that I have big attitude, but what you may not know is that we at OCC have an even bigger heart, says Paul Teutul Sr., founder and CEO of Orange County Choppers. Through the OCC Foundation we hope to take our charitable efforts to a whole new level, and of course, well continue to need the support of our friends and fans to make this happen.

The OCC Foundations first program was a fundraiser for the FBIs InfraGard Hudson Valley Program. InfraGard is an outreach program aimed at reducing gang activity in key communities.
