KBC Helmet Reader Feedback

The people from KBC Helmets were nice enough to send us one of their best-selling street helmets, the VR-1 Euro, for our evaluation. It fit Old Man Burns' head the best, so he rings in with his thoughts on this nice looking helmet...

Torrance, California, August 23, 2002 -- Here at the dot.com, pallets-full of top-of-the-line helmets do not arrive on schedule, in fact they lately just don't arrive. Something we said?

Probably that's a good thing for MO's readers, though, who we understand often must pay for things like helmets. You poor bastards.

Case in point, the KBC (Korean Brain Crisper [not really, but it is Korean]) shown here carries an MSRP of $229. Wow, we think that's less than half the price of a comparable Arai or Shoei...

Check out the rest of the missive and let us know if you've had any experience with this helmet or similar ones.
