We've been busy. Really, we have! So we sent our main moto man and shutter-bug-extraordinare, Mark Kariya, out to the Year 2001 KTM motorcycle press introduction too see what KTM had up its collective sleeve for the new year.

KTM -- a small manufacturer when compared to the "big four" -- looks like they may just have the line-up they need this year to make a serious impression on the world as we know it...

Their thumpers look set to tackle the best that Japan has to offer and their two-strokes look pretty sharp as well.

Let us know what you think of the bikes and their chances for the upcomming year. They've made some significant improvements and rumors and this riding impression suggest that their performance and quality are finally top-notch.
