No More Movie Stupidity

More and more each day, motorcycles are making their way into the mainstream media, hightening awareness of our beloved sport. It's a good thing, then, that after the absolute silliness that was so common in some of the motorcycle scenes in last year's Mission: Impossibe 2 film, at least one actor is taking our sport seriously.

From a report in Yahoo's Daily News, it appears that rapper/actor LL Cool J has decided "to undergo intense training not only to look cool on a motorcycle, but to master his formidable feats in John McTiernan's remake of the action/thriller Rollerball...

"The idea was not just to be good on a motorcycle, but to be comfortable on it. It's one thing to get on a bike and ride around. It's another for them to call 'action' and to immediately look like an experienced driver," says LL.

Well, it may not be Steve McQueen in The Great Escape, but it's a start...
