Troy Bayliss (Ducati Infostrada): "We achieved what we set out to do today --get the fastest lap. The bike's working OK and we've got a good set-up forFriday. It's going to be a tough weekend here in Germany and I feel surethat the battle will be really close, not like in Donington. The track ispretty impressive, they've spent a lot of money here and it'll probably be areal success."

Ruben Xaus (Ducati Infostrada): "It's a really tough track but I managed toimprove my times throughout the day. I stopped half-an-hour before the endbecause I need to be calm for the weekend's race, not for today. I obtainedthe right feeling with my bike, we've got the right tyres and a good set-upand I feel confident for the weekend."
Ben Bostrom (Ducati L&M): "The Lausitzring is a fun track to ride on but it's very difficult to shave off time here. You have to set up the cornersright and for this reason it's going to be a very interesting race onSunday. I'm very satisfied with my testing performance because now I knowwhat the track looks like and I know where I can improve."
