Of the bikes that could possibly be included in the original Year 2001 World Supersport shootout, a few were MIA for reasons we didn't have much control over. But we have them here now, as Triumph's TT600 and Kawasaki's ZX-6R get set to take on the current track terror Yamaha.

While we know that some of you think this three-bike comparison is a waste of space and resources, we get dozens of requests for it each and every day. So if you don't care about it, don't read about it -- and don't litter the responses with your witty remarks, either. Thanks.
The proper thing to do here is to post comments about the bikes and perhaps even suggest a way the manufacturers could improve them. Want more power? Tell them so. Lighter weight? More well-rounded or a sharper edge?
And, of course, get out there and ride -- whatever that may be!
