Castrol Honda's World Superbike championship pairing of defending championColin Edwards and team newcomer Tady Okada go in search of victories inSunday's second round at the Kyalami circuit in South Africa.

The Castrol 1000cc VTR-mounted pair are intent on putting a disappointingopening round behind them as they contest Sunday's two races at the2.65-mile circuit on the outskirts of Johannesburg...

"I won both races here last year and repeating that is all I'm thinkingabout," admits Edwards who took sixth and fourth places in the Valencia,Spain opener three weeks ago. The 27-year-old Texan adds. "Kyalami's acircuit I really like and we had a good test here eight weeks ago. The onlyconcern is the temperature, it can easily drop 10 degrees and that will makea big difference to rear tyre wear."

Okada was forced out of the first race in Spain and crashed in race two thatday. The talented Japanese rider is hoping to record his first championshippoints on Sunday.

"Valencia was a bad day for me and the team," Okada recalls. "Sunday will bemy first race at Kyalami but we tested here in January and I really like thecircuit. The team has worked hard since Valencia and the VTR machine hasimproved so I¹m confident of getting my season under way properly on Sunday- hopefully with at least a couple of podium finishes."
