Scott's Sister, Sheri Russell, gives this update of Scott's condition:

"He is still at Piedmont, where we think he will be at least a couple of moredays. The doctors are hoping they can discharge him soon, and let him go home until they are ready for the nextsurgeries. (Bone & Skin Grafting) He, of course, will have a nurse by his side at home (hope she's a hotty, it makesthe recovery easier). He will remain on antibiotics for another two weeks to prevent any infection that may occur. After which he will undergo bone grafting for his arm. The swelling is starting to dissipate slowly from his leg, butthere is still a long way to go before the skin grafting can begin.

Keep reading for more from Sherri as well as some rather graphic photos of Scott's injuries...

Sheri continues: "He is able to wiggle his toes, and fingers which is agood sign. He is still experiencing a great deal of pain, but at the same time he is trying to get back on his feet asquickly as possible. He's like an iron man full of determination.

"I can't say thank you enough, butI will say it once again, for all of your thoughts, prayers, email, flowers etc....Scott has some great friends and fans out there, and he and our family are proud to be a part of this industry! "

Take a look at Scott's injuries if you must, just realize that they are very graphic and almost too horrible to look at. We're only posting these so people can realize the lengths that true champions like Scott go through for the sport they love so much.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery to Scott from the staff of MO. We can't wait to buy you a beer soon. Cheers!
