Could this be the next evolution™ of Harley-Davidson's powertrain? Their days with air-cooled engines are limited, but for less-than-obvious reasons: Water-cooled engines are significantly quiter, especially water-cooled engines without clacky lifters/pushrods/rocker arms and other assorted improvements that technology has afforded us these past 50 years since they designed a completely new engine platform. And don't try and tell us the TC-88 is a radical departure from the Evolution!
Bravo to Harley for hiring a competent company to develop a real engine! Sure would be nice to also see a competitive race team from them.
