Sport Touring Boot Question

I have a pair of AGV sport touring boots that I have owned for 7 or 8 years. I have only one complaint. I have narrow feet and skinny lower legs so they are not very comfortable off the bike. Above the ankle they sort of flop around. They keep my feet warm and dry in the worst weather and provide good traction at stops.
Does anyone know of a sport touring boot made for a narrow foot (B width) and capable of cinching up snug around a skinny lower leg and ankle?
Let's keep the jokes and snide remarks to a minimum. I'm looking for some real advice!
