Time for a Change of Bike?

After three crashes in 18 months, (a rear ending by a truck at traffic lights, a 50mph lowside on a diesel patch into the back of a stationary car and a front end slide on a tram line in the rain) I have decided that maybe my bike (GSXR750 K5 with scraped anniversary edition fairings) and I need to part company on a permanent basis.

But what to buy?

I commute to work everyday rain or shine, 60 mile round trip. 30 miles of which is 80-90 mph of busy motorway, 20 miles is quiet secondary roads with fast flowing bends at 80-90 mph, (or 130-140 mph if you get a traffic-free run) and 10 miles of filtering in city traffic

I have had 3 GSXR750s over the last few years, replacing them every 2 years or so, I love the bike and its handling, I definitely don't want a litre sports bike because I dont have the restraint to ride one full time.No fully loaded cruisers either due to the filtering in the city.I am open to suggestions on any other bikes people in similar positions have used.

I'm a 32 year old based in Europe and a keen off road rider --mainly enduro.
