100,000 Miles!

Just turned 100,000 miles on the 2001 Nomad last weekend. Runs great, doesn't leak or burn oil. Replacement items in 100,000 miles: battery, clutch, pinion seal, a few sets of brake pads, 5 front tires, 7 rear tires, oil and filters, three sets of plugs (but not really needed). How common is this kind of mileage without overhaul on a bike these days?
