Freeway Bars Causing Vibration?

My Suzuki M50 is an '06 and I had the dealership install freeway bars. The motorcycle has a slight vibration from front to rear.
Usually this model runs very smoothly and I was curious if the freeway bars could be the cause of the vibration.
