Buell Reliability Question

I am looking for a second bike. I have a BMW R1200RT. Great touring bike with loads of "stuff". What I would like for a second bike is something to just go out and have fun on. I like the current crop of naked bikes. With a somewhat old and simple engine design, belt drive, and good gas mileage I believe the Buells would make a rather economical second bike. The cool exhaust note wouldn't hurt either. I have seen lots of complaints about previous Buells and their reliability. Somebody who has owned and lived with one recently tell me what you think.
