Ducati and WyoTech Form Partnership.

Cupertino, CA - August 7th, 2006 - Ducati North America has entered into apartnership with WyoTech; the leading motorcycle technical traininginstitution in the United States. The partnership is designed to expand theavailability and effectiveness of technical training for Ducati ServiceSpecialists.

WyoTech is developing an advanced level Ducati motorcycle curriculum for itsDaytona Beach, Florida and Fremont, California campuses. The curriculum willinclude technical and service training, as well as instruction in DucatiDiagnostic Systems.

To establish the partnership, WyoTech has invested and expanded both thecampuses in Florida and California, with construction scheduled to becompleted by October 2006. The state of the art technical labs will beequipped with motorcycles and special tools supplied by Ducati NorthAmerica, freely available for students and professionals alike and will bepart of the core Ducati curriculum.

"We look forward toexpanding our curriculum, as well as our facilities, to offer Ducatimotorcycle technical training, including an advanced concentration coursefor European motorcycles. This new program will be offered beginning inOctober 2006, which will coincide with the expected completion of the newtraining facilities in Daytona Beach."
