Good Places to Ride in Kentuky?

Get Motorcycle.com in your Inbox I am looking for a great ride in the Kentuky/Western West Virginia area. I moved to Virginia about four months ago and haven't had the time to go on any big rides(multi-days). Now I am planning a ride with some friends from southern Illinois. We are to meet in Kentuky and ride around for a couple days in early July. I ride a Kawi ZRX and the other two both ride shadows( I can't believe it but we have I4 and V-Twin riding together WOW), so we aren't going to be doing any racing. We are looking for scenic, secluded roads and great places to camp and maybe get some hiking in. Thanks for all your help.
