The winds of change have blown across the liter bike class once again, keeping everyone on their toes. Of the 'Big Four', two have seen major revisions to last year's models. Never one to rest on previous successes, Honda is ever living up to their reputation of continually refining what many often think is already perfect. The much acclaimed CBR600 series from the late 90's and early, new millennium is a good example of their obsession with perfection. For 2006 Honda has once again applied their honing skills, this time to the CBR1000RR. With a myriad of changes to handling characteristics and the engine, they've served notice on this class that they mean business. But will it be 'business as usual' for Honda? Read the report from MO's own “Big Red” (that's Sean Alexander for those of you not paying attention) to see what all the changes mean.
