Denis Manning, president of Bub Enterprises, has announced that seven-time AMA Grand National Champion Chris Carr, 38, of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania, has been selected to pilot Bub’s Drag Specialties/Parts Unlimited-sponsored motorcycle streamliner later this year in an attempt to break the world motorcycle land speed record. The current mark of 322.150 mph was set by Dave Campos in 1990.
